BEFORE YOU BOOK: Please take a moment to review the booking policies below. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies. • 50% booking deposit required to reserve all appointments. • 24+ hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule and transfer your deposit *one time*. • Less than 24 hours' notice: Your booking deposit is forfeited. • No-shows: Your 50% booking deposit is forfeited, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file, resulting in payment of 100% of the scheduled service total. • Booking your appointment confirms your agreement to the full policy below. Booking & Cancellation Policy: At The Little House Esthetics, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a boutique, appointment-only facial studio, dedicated time is intentionally set aside to provide each guest with a personalized, one-on-one experience. These policies help protect that reserved time while ensuring every client receives the exceptional level of care and attention they deserve. Booking Deposit: A 50% booking deposit is required for all appointments and is due at the time of booking. Your booking deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service on the day of your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. With 24 Hours' Notice or More: Your booking deposit may be transferred *one time* to a future appointment. The rescheduled appointment must be booked at the time of cancellation or within 7 days. Any additional cancellations or reschedules after the initial transfer will result in the forfeiture of the original deposit. A new 50% booking deposit will be required before another appointment can be reserved. With Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the 50% booking deposit. No-Show Policy: A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior communication. If you fail to arrive for your appointment: Your 50% booking deposit will be forfeited. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file, resulting in payment of 100% of the scheduled service total. By scheduling an appointment with The Little House Esthetics, you authorize the card on file to be charged in accordance with this Booking & Cancellation Policy. To ensure appointment availability for all guests, The Little House Esthetics reserves the right to require prepayment for future appointments or decline future bookings after repeated late cancellations, excessive rescheduling, or no-shows.
